Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with the organization’s overall business plan.
  • Lead areas such as succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational development, performance management, training and development, and compensation.
  • Provide strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders, and board of directors.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with regulatory concerns and reporting.
  • Guide the HR department in establishing goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior management on all HR-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years of executive HR leadership.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.

Experience in design, development, and implementation of salary administration plans and benefit programs.

  • Ability to actively communicate, inspire and motivate all levels of staff.
  • Ability to think and lead strategically but also be willing to dive into detailed execution as necessary.
