The ideal candidate should be excited about entrepreneurship and have a passion in learning about cash flow management – a key factor in businesses. Get paid to learn about the truth and hardships behind starting a business. This is the only job that allows you the see the real numbers of various companies without any sugar coating and guide our clients to fix them. Upon completion of at least 5 years of service, Quant will offer a dollar-to-dollar matching of seed funding for your feasible business idea and mentorship to help you start your own venture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with SME clients to guide them through our cash flow methodology, ensuring they follow the steps to resolve their financial challenges.
- Serve as a positive and motivating partner, encouraging clients to maintain discipline in managing their cash flow.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide support, answer questions, and ensure they are on track with their cash flow improvement plans.
- Monitor client progress, provide feedback, and suggest adjustments to their strategies as needed.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery of services.
