You should have a proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving website traffic through innovative SEO tactics. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements for search engines.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using analytics tools, making recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Key Competencies:
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data from SEO tools and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and issues.
- Technical SEO Knowledge: Understanding of on-page and off-page SEO, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and technical optimizations.
- Content Strategy: Ability to develop and optimize content that aligns with SEO best practices and targets specific keywords.
- Research Skills: Proficiency in conducting keyword research and competitive analysis.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing in a B2B business. 3 x 1 year experience is not considered as 3 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make actionable recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
